TV impressionist and comedian, Jon Culshaw, joined Kate Green MP in pledging support to Marie Curie Cancer Care.

The partnership follows a Parliamentary event to celebrate the Great Daffodil Appeal, hosted by Ms Green.

Ms Green has also encouraged people in Stretford and Urmston to donate and wear one of the charity’s iconic daffodil pins, as the annual campaign helps Marie Curie provide free nursing and hospice care to terminally ill people and their families across Trafford.

Culshaw said: “I am delighted to support Marie Curie’s amazing Great Daffodil Appeal and will wear my daffodil pin with pride.”

Ms Green said: I was hugely privileged to host a parliamentary event for Marie Curie.
“It was really inspiring to meet so many carers, volunteers and families of people who’d supported their relatives through terminal illness.

“I look forward to continuing to support Marie Curie’s excellent work in Stretford and Urmston and across the country.”
