CHILDREN at Bright Horizons Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool have used their art studio to create Pudsey bear puppets for Children in Need.

The exercise was part of the organisation’s Growing Artists programme, in which the children learned how to draw circles and use scissors safely.

Staff also led a discussion during circle time on Children in Need, in which the children were asked to give examples of why they are lucky in life.

“The children highlighted in the discussion that not all children are as fortunate as them, and mentioned that they wanted to raise as much money as possible to help other boys and girls feel lucky too.” said Nursery manager Janette Schenk.
