POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a woman from Trafford.
Twenty-six-year-old Shereena Oghani, also known as Fairweather, was last seen at around 3.35am on Wednesday, August 9, at Pomona Gardens, Old Trafford.
She is black, of slim build, around 5ft 9in with short brown hair and speaks with a Manchester accent.
It is believed she is wearing a blue anorak with a fur-lined hood, grey jogging bottoms, light coloured trainers and a black rucksack.
Detective Sergeant Steve Warriner of GMP’s Trafford Borough, said: “It’s been almost 12 hours since Shereena was last seen, with no contact to her family or friends throughout the day.
“We want to bring her back safely to her family as soon as possible and need your help to do so.
“Please look at her photographs, familiarise yourself with her description and call us as a matter of urgency if you know where she is. We know she is often in the Stretford, Old Trafford and Manchester City Centre areas.”
Anyone who sees Shereena should contact police on 101 quoting MP/17/0024857 or 0161 856 7525.
