A RETROSPECTIVE planning application has been submitted more than 10 years after works were carried out on a house in Stretford.
The application has been made by agent Simon Mason Designs, on behalf of Chris Patterson, of Home Farm, Mere.
The application states the conversion of the basement and dwelling into three self contained flats at 57 Railway Road, Urmston, was completed in November, 2006, without the necessary permission.
