A STRETFORD woman has lost more than a third of her body weight to help her regain her health.

Katrina Sellars, 50, who lives in Stretford, started off at 13st 5lb before slimming down to 8st 5lb over the period of two years.

After her second son was born in 1997, she went to Weight Watchers and lost 4st, before gaining more than she had originally lost during that time.

Katrina said: "When I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees and advised to lose weight, I decided to return to Weight Watchers because I know it works.

“I reached my goal weight of 8st 5lb in July 2016, two years later.

"My favourite thing about the programme is its flexibility - I love that nothing is banned so long as it is tracked."
