FIREFIGHTERS battled a caravan and car fire in Old Trafford at the weekend.
Crews were called to a blaze on a forecourt in Chorlton Road at around 7.20am on Saturday September 3.
They found a caravan, a Skoda car and pile of rubbish on fire and fire crews used two hose reels to put the fire out.
Police were called as it is thought the fire was deliberate. Highways Agency officers also attended as some oil from a nearby container had spilled onto the road.
