THE Society for Abandoned Animals will be hosting a Cat Care Day on Sunday August 21.
The Stretford-based animal rescue charity is tasked with rehoming many cats every year because they are not good with children.
To help remedy this and change views, the Society for Abandoned Animals will be offering classes for children to learn how to care for cats properly. There will be stalls, tombolas, cat advice, tours around the rehoming unit and refreshments.
The event will take place at Society For Abandoned Animals, Mosley Acre Farm, from 12-4pm.
