THE Ashton Village Christmas Fair which begins at 10am and finishes at 5pm on Saturday, December 2 will go out with a bang, when visitors to Green Lane can watch a fantastic firework display.
Throughout the day there will be performances by choirs.
The performances will be: 11am- Ashton-on-Mersey School Singers; 11.30 - Wellfield Primary School Choir; 12.15pm - St Mary’s C. of E. Primary School Choir; 12.45 - The Firs Primary School Choir; 1.15 - Park Road Primary School Choir; 1.45 - All Saints Primary School Choir; 2.30 - Sale Methodist Choir; 3.15 - Glasshouse Choir
The Salvation Army Band will play at 11 o’clock.
Visitors can shop at goods and food stores and there will be a ride for the children. The Firework display begins at 4.30 pm.
