A MAN has been charged with the murder of a dad in Sale.
Tyrone Patrick, aged 32, of Haydock Close, Streford has been charged with murder.
He remains in custody and is due to appear at Crown Square Crown Court, Manchester on September 21.
On July 20, police were called to Royton Avenue in Sale to reports that a man had been stabbed.
Officers attended and found 34-year-old, Mike Grimshaw, with a stab wound to his neck.
First aid was administered by officers at the scene before he was taken to hospital where he died.
