MORE than 1,000 children hopped into Sale this Easter for some bunny-themed fun.
In the run-up to Easter and over the half-term break, The Sale Easter Trail saw hundreds of families pounding the streets hunting for bunnies and secret surprises.
More than a dozen businesses got on board with the two-week event.

Zoe Taylor, one of the founders of Two by Two Hurrah, who organised the event, said: “Feedback has been full of positivity for the activity and delight at discovering new businesses in the town.
“Many businesses that took part also told us that they have enjoyed taking part in the community event and saw an increase in both footfall and trade.”
Kids get to work finding letters to spell out the secret sentence. All entries have been entered into a prize draw, with prize giving this Saturday
All participants who handed in slips with the answer to the missing sentence have been entered into a big prize draw with prizes being donated by the businesses taking part.
The winners will be announced on Facebook or via email this week, with a prize giving arranged for 10.15am on Saturday April 29 at Sale Library.
One lucky winner will bring one this huge cuddly bunny!
Prizes include Easter gifts, giant cuddly bunny, vouchers for local businesses and craft kits.
