Firefighters deal with flat fire in Sale
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a fire in a flat at Stamford Place, Sale at 7.20pm last night.
Crews were told there may be people still in the flat so searched using two breathing apparatus, but found no-one was inside.
They used a hose reel and a fan to extinguish the fire and clear smoke.
Firefighters were at the scene for approximately 40 minutes.
