A MAN was pinned against a wall by the throat and mugged after getting off the tram during rush hour.
The incident occurred at Sale Metrolink Station, in Northenden Road, at 5pm on Monday December 5. The victim used the Metrolink lift after getting off the tram and the two attackers were in it already waiting.
They demanded money and one of the men pushed his forearm to the victim’s throat.
They then fled. The first man is described as aged between 18 and 20, around 5ft9, of mixed race and average build. He had short dreadlocks and was wearing a large grey jacket.
The second man was white, around 5ft8, of slim build, short brown hair, and he was wearing a green jacket.
