MEDITATION classes for all abilities are held at the Hope Centre, Hampden Buildings, Hampden Road, Sale, Cheshire, on Wednesdays at 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start and on Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
