THANKS to help from the Adactus Neighbourhood Fund, residents in Sale can now enjoy a much improved communal garden area.
Kempton Court has recently seen some fantastic improvements to its communal garden.
What was once a tired plain frontage to the scheme is now a beautiful, colourful entrance giving residents and visitors a warm welcome.
Scheme manager for Kempton Court, Pauline Daley said: “The new garden area is delightful, it looks really pretty and residents are really pleased.”
Anne Corrigan, from Adactus Housing Association, said: “This has been a fantastic opportunity for Adactus to work with the residents of Kempton Court, Its great to know that with summer just around the corner residents can plant comfortably and enjoy such pleasant surroundings.”
The Adactus Neighbourhood fund supports projects across the Northwest and £200,000 has been available for projects annually since 2010.
