PARTINGTON and Carrington Youth Partnership (PCYP) has received a £1,000 donation for its junior project.
The cheque was provided by the consortium partnership at Carrington Power Station (Alstom and DF).
Set up in 2003, the PCYC has been recognized for its contributions towards tackling anti-social behaviour.
The junior project is for children aged eight to 11 years old and takes place every Monday from 5.30pm to 8pm at Broadoak School, Partington.
Session activities range from sports, arts and crafts, drama and team building games.
