THE Hale Barns Christmas Concert takes place Sunday, December 17 at Holy Angels Church.

Organisers say the festive spectacular will provide a selection of talented local artists performing favourite Christmas Carols and Christmas hits.

The line up includes the teen soprano sensation Scarlett Quigley; the Di Voci ladies choir; representatives of the newly formed Festival Orchestra; and the Kaleidoscope Big Band.

Organiser Max Eden says there will also a number of special surprises.

Max said: "This has to be the perfect Christmas concert line up for the whole family to enjoy. Our recent Festival Orchestra who sold out the venue last month is returning with a quintet version and with the superb Kaleidoscope's big brass and horn section also performing, it's going to sound like Christmas should."

Tickets for the evening concert are on sale now, £20 for adults and £10 for Children under 16, available online at www.halebarnscarnival.co.uk and through See Tickets. All proceeds will go to funding the new community hall in Hale Barns.

The concert takes place on Sunday, December 17 at 7pm after free outdoor events going on in the village on the Sunday which includes over 35 gift, craft and food stalls, children's rides, a visit from Santa Claus and a free firework display.
