TWO entrepreneurial brothers set off from Hale on a charity challenge on Tuesday - walking 160 miles from Hale to London in just 10 days.

Siblings Dean Dempsey and Liam Pennington run the Naturelly Jelly Juice company and they are tackling the walk dressed as Naturelly pouches.

Dean and Liam are undertaking this epic journey to raise funds for the Hope for Children charity but they also really want to highlight the benefits of family strolls and walking to school.

Dean co-founder of Naturelly, said: ‘Inspired by the stories from the amazing work Hope for Children do, Liam and I wanted to inspire others and motivate families to walk more.

"We’re both excited and terrified by the task ahead. We feel passionately that walking to school or going on family walks should be part of every childhood upbringing.  Go outdoors, get walking & if you fancy it please join us on our epic adventure.’

Murielle Maupoint, chief executive of Hope for Children, said: ‘We are really delighted that the 'Naturelly Brothers' have chosen to support our work which includes our own “Walk To School” programme in Uganda, helping children from the slum areas in Kampala to get an education.

"We continue to work tirelessly to help children reach their full potential all over the world and are so grateful that money raised by #hikeforhope will benefit our ongoing international projects."
