The charity, set up 25 years ago, helps to fund research into childhood cancer.

The agency handed out the prize to mark its 10th anniversary.

Darren Scott, Truth’s founder and creative partner, said: "It was a tough decision to pick a winner but as we are a family owned business, Friends of Rosie really resonated with the team, with half of us having kids of our own.

"It was clear to see the amazing work they have done and I believe the £10,000 worth of creative work will help them to continue their great efforts. We are very much looking forward to working with them and helping to build upon their positive legacy for the next 25 years.”

Truth's creative team will be meeting with the Friends of Rosie trustees to discuss how the agency can have maximum impact and help aid essential fundraising activity. The prize could include design, digital, brand strategy, PR or social media.

Lisa Larkin, Friends of Rosie trustee, said: "We're delighted to be the winners of Truth Creative's 10th anniversary competition. As a volunteer-led charity we work hard to ensure that almost every penny raised goes directly on funding childhood cancer research projects.

"Therefore the extra resource and expertise from the team at Truth is very gratefully received. It will help us connect with more supporters and raise further awareness of the vital need for more dedicated funding for children's cancer research in Manchester."
