HALE Civic Society is gearing up for their next 'AllAboard' event which this year is to be a right royal knees up.
The street party-style celebration will bring together the community as they celebrate the Queens 'official' 90th birthday, say organisers.
It will take place by the Hale Clock Tower, on Ashley Road, on Sunday, June 12 from 12noon to 4.30pm, at the same time as a street party on the Mall in London.
Attractions in Hale will include music provided by Loose Change, the Alan Wright Band, Amanda Jane Heywood, food,
stalls, games, best dressed dog show, crowning of the Hale Rose Queen, tombolas, dancing, land sailing demonstrations and a treasure trail.
