PUB owners have toasted sale of The Stamford Arms in Bowdon.
Leisure Trade Industries Limited, represented by real estate advisor Savills, has sold the leasehold interest of The Stamford Arms in Bowdon, Cheshire to The Bracken Pub Co for £135,000.
The two storey public house, which sits at the junction of The Firs and Stamford Road, features a bar and lounge area, large function room, basement beer cellar and three bedroom tenants’ accommodation. Tom Cunningham, licensed leisure director at Savills, said: “The Stamford Arms is a well-established business with a healthy turnover and attracted plenty of market interest as a result. We are pleased with the strong sale price achieved on behalf of our client.”
