Woman taken to hospital after car collides with HGV on the M56
A WOMAN was taken to hospital after her car collided with a HGV on the M56.
The crash took place between Junction 6, Hale and Wilmslow, and Junction 5, Manchester Airport, at around 5.30pm on April 4.
Two crews from Wythenshawe attended and cut the roof off the 35-year-old woman’s car, before releasing her from the vehicle.
She was taken to Wythenshawe Hospital by ambulance.
