THE Rotary Club of Altrincham gave a helping hand on Sunday, September 24, at the Children's Adventure Farm Trust's (CAFT) fun day.
The annual event helps to raise funds for disabled, disadvantaged or terminally ill children.
The Rotary Club members, together this year with Knutsford Hosts, arranged to park more than 400 cars and directing more than 1000 people who attended on the day.
They also helped on the main field at CAFT's Millington base where there was a fun fair, bouncy castle, live music and food stalls and Batala Mersey drum band.
Patrons Jason Manford and John Thomson were there together with TV personality Jenny Powell.
Helen Crowther, fundraiser from CAFT, was impressed and delighted by all the help given from both Altrincham Rotary Club and Knutsford Hosts who helped make the day run so smoothly.
