ALTRINCHAM'S Loose Change Buskers will be playing at Cheadle and Urmston Artisan markets on Saturday, October 1 and Knutsford Market on Sunday, October 2.
The award winning altrincham group has raised more than £298,000 for Cancer Research UK since being set up six years ago.
Loose Change Buskers was awarded the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in June for its support for the cancer charity and community work.
The group has become a familiar sight to shoppers in town centres throughout the borough since it was founded in 2010 by Timperley resident Bernard and his friend and fellow musician, John Fogel, from Altrincham.
The band has gone from strength to strength and there are now about 30 musicians who play for it.
