FREE classes for parents of junior school aged children are available from the Counselling and Family Centre’s Stamford Park premises from Thursday September 15 until Thursday October 20.
The classes, running from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, are being delivered free thanks to funding from the Big Lottery Awards for All scheme and places are still available Learn about ways to use play and communication support on topics such as sibling rivalry, starting school, difficult behaviour, entrance exams and the lead up to secondary school.
The trainer, Sarah Pipping, is a children and young persons counsellor at the centre and brings more than 10 years of experience to the course.
The location is at The Counselling and Family Centre’s friendly premises at 40 Mayors Road, Altrincham, at the edge of Stamford Park.
