BOWDON Recreation Ground's newly refurbished play area was re-opened at a recent community event organised by the Friends group.
Cllr Dr Karen Barclay cut the ribbon to mark the return of the play area to full use.
Attractions on the day included an Easter bonnet parade, Easter egg hunt, egg and spoon races, face painting and Bowdon’s very own Bake-Off competition.
This was the second event held by the Friends of Bowdon Recreation Ground.
