AN Altrincham man has pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving after a university graduate died in a collision in Sale.
University graduate Helena Thurm, also of Altrincham, was struck by a car near to the Park Road junction of the A56 on Monday June 20 2016.
She was taken to hospital after suffering serious head injuries but sadly died the next day.
Glenn Wall, 34, of Lawrence Road, appeared at Manchester Crown Court in Crown Square on Tuesday March 28 charged with causing her death.
Wall pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and not guilty to causing death by careless and inconsiderate driving.
A trial has been set, beginning November 20.
