A MOTORIST had to freed from their car after a crash in Stretford on Saturday.
Two fire engines and ambulance crews were scrambled to Barton Road at around 6pm on August 13 after reports a person was trapped inside a car.
Firefighters stabilised the car so that the passenger could be freed.
The passenger was handed over to the care of the North West Ambulance Service and taken to hospital.
Fire crews were on the scene for around 20 minutes.
