BBQ and Family Fun Afternoon to raise funds for Timperley defibrillator
LET’S hope the sun is shining in Timperley this weekend.
The Parish of Timperley and Penguin Preschool is hosting a summer BBQ and Family Fun Afternoon on Saturday June 25.
It will take place in the grounds of Holy Cross Church, in Park Road, Timperley at 3pm.
There will be a licensed bar to accompany the BBQ, as well as stalls selling cakes, plants, toys and greeting cards.
There will also be a raffle, a chocolate tombola and children’s activities.
All proceeds raised from the event will be used to install a defibrillator in the Parish Hall, for the benefit of all the groups and organisations who use the building.
