BURGLARS ripped out a house alarm to steal a hoard of jewellery in Sale yesterday morning.
Two men broke into a property on Norris Road between 11.30am and 11.55am on Wednesday April 27, smashing a panel on the front door to unlock the door.
Once inside, they ripped the house alarm from the wall and fled with a number of stolen goods, including a hoard of jewellery.
Photos of the stolen jewellery have been published by police.
The burglars also stole a safe, which contained personal documents. Anyone who has seen disposed safe or documents should contact the police.
A witness has described the intruders as both white; one was aged between 30 and 40 with short brown hair and wearing a black track suit and his accomplice was younger and dressed in a black track suit hoodie and was wearing gloves.
