THE exhibition Horrible Histories: Blitzed Brits continues at the Imperial War Museum North, Trafford Wharf Road, Trafford Park, until April 16.

The exhibition is free and offers the visitors the chance to discover scover the sights, sounds and smells of wartime Britain an interactive exhibition.

Seventy-five years ago, the Blitz brought the war to the doorsteps of everyone in Britain. The exhibition features more than 200 objects, photographs, art works, film clips and sound recordings and reveals the personal stories of the people who lived through the Blitz.

Visitors can up a survival guide and begin a journey through the Blitz. People can also take a look inside a 1940s house, stumble through a blackout, hide in a cramped bomb shelter and milk a cow like an evacuee.
