POLICEare appealing for information regarding the theft of a pedal bike stolen from the back of a car in Sale.
The incident took place at 8pm on September 19, on Stretton Avenue.
The suspected thief is said to have approached the parked car, removed the black Kona Lanai model pedal bike from a rack and cycled off.
The man is described as being in his late teens and wore an open neck t-shirt and jogging bottoms.
Police have obtained a still image of the suspect.
Police Sergeant Rob Horan said: “We have been able to obtain a picture of a man who we are keen to speak to in connection with the theft and I would ask anyone who recognises him to contact police.”
