SALE AREA

LOCATION Carrington Power Station, Manchester Road, Carrington PROPOSAL Construction of a new Super Grid Transformer (SGT8) on the eastern side of the Carrington 400kV substation. Realignment of the existing boundary security fence and excavate into a slope to provide a level development platform

STRETFORD AND URMSTON AREA

PROPOSAL Erection of a 10 storey block of 90 apartments (comprising of 27no 1 bed, 54no 2 bed and 9no 3 bed with communal facilities and associated landscaping with the creation of 90 parking spaces and a cycle store

LOCATION Throstles Nest, 122 Seymour Grove, Old Trafford, M16 0FF PROPOSAL Retrospective application for the change of use from a Public House to 19 no. selfcontained apartments with the creation of a second floor and an increase in the basement floorspace with associated external works
