Macmillan's HOPE course (Helping Overcome Problems Effectively) can help people, struggling to cope with the after-effects of cancer or cancer treatment, to get their life back on track.
Starting in September at Coppice Library, Sale, this friendly and informal course is run by healthcare professionals and people who have gone through cancer.
It will help those attending to manage the day to day, physical and emotional, impact that cancer has had, and to get more out of life.
Meeting others who are going through similar situations can help people feel less isolated and also find solutions to commonly experienced problems.
Phone Judy Thompson or Glynnis Morris at the Macmillan Wellbeing Centre for more information about how the course can help you, or to book your place, on 0161 746 2080.
