INLINE skating champion Jenna Downing will visit Flixton Girls School on July 9 to showcase the variety of sports activities that are now offered to school pupils through the Sporting Promise.
The Sporting Promise is an initiative delivered by Matalan, Sporting Pro and the Youth Sport Trust to encourage more young people into PE and sport.
Students will take part in Ultimate Frisbee, Dodgeball and Street Cheer as well as meeting Jenna to pick up tips and advice.
Jenna has competed in rollerblading events since the age of eight and has amassed a lifetime of awards competing across the globe in televised and major international events.
