STUDENTS from the Kumon Urmston extracurricular study programme took part in an honour roll awards ceremony at the town’s library.
Pupils were recognised for their success and continued development studying on the Kumon maths and English programmes.
More than a hundred students and their parents attended the ceremony.
Urmston instructor, Sharon Carlin, presented students with their certificates and medals for their achievements of reaching the Kumon international standard.
The recognition means they are studying advanced work at least six months above their school level.
