A HOUSING company has attributed the record success of its development in Stretford to the town’s convenient location
Plumlife, part of Great Places Housing Group, has reported a record sale, with eight new houses selling out in 48 hours at their Great Stone Gardens development in Moss Road.
All buyers bought homes through Help to Buy, a government-backed scheme to make home buying more affordable.
Edyta Cummings, housing investment fund manager for Plumlife, said: “Great Stone Gardens has proved to be our most popular development in our 15 year history.
Set between Chorlton, Stretford, Salford Quays and the Trafford Centre, the area is perfect for busy, working families.”
