MORE than 100 people representing around 70 businesses joined the first meeting of the Trafford Park Business Network at the new Hotel Football. in Old Trafford.
The Trafford Park Business Network is a new quarterly networking group open to businesses in the business park area.
The session on March 19 was hosted by Cllr Michael Hyman, Trafford Council’s executive member for economic growth and planning, and featured speakers from Hotel Football, Regatta Ltd and Vickers Energy. It also featured a ‘buyer slot’ as well as a ‘supplier slot’, plus five businesses got the chance to give a 60 second pitch to the whole group.
Attendees also had the chance to speak to key business support partners, such as Business Growth Hub, Transport for Greater Manchester, Trafford College and Groundwork in Trafford Park.
