THE Friends of Altrincham Interchange is appealing for volunteers to help clear and dig over some land at the end of Platform One to make way for a garden, on March 20.
No gardening expertise is required but residents are asked to wear old clothes, stout footwear and gloves and bring gardening tools with them. The day starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm so if you can spare an hour or two get in touch.
