STOP Snoring Week is under way, Aiming to inform the public on snoring and sleep apnoea.
Experts will be appearing on local radio giving advice and remedies to Trafford residents who are preventing their partners from getting a good night’s sleep.
Marianne Davey, MSc, director of the British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association said: “We’ll explain how snoring is an individual problem and why different types of snoring need different treatment.”
Most snoring is a result of ‘mouth breathing’ which is not only noisy but can also be unhealthy.
