London Towers snatched a dramatic two-point BBL Championship win over arch-rivals London Leopards in a thrilling London derby on Sunday.

A packed house saw Towers lead for much of the first half but they could never get away from their visitors.

Mo Robinson levelled the game at 96 with 21 seconds left and Towers held for the last shot.

When Terrell Myers' effort didn't drop it was left to Ted Allen to dunk in the rebound with 0.1sec left to seal a thrilling win.

Myers put on another good show with 37 points while John White added 17 for the Towers. Robinson led the Leopards with 21 points.

THAMES VALLEY TIGERS 88 KINDER LONDON TOWERS 95

London Towers extended their lead in the Southern Conference with a 95-88 victory over Thames Valley Tigers on Saturday.

The Tigers led for the majority of the game, being as many as 10 points ahead late in the third period.

But the Towers charged home in the final quarter, closing the game out with a 13-2 tear, nine of those points scored by John White.

White led all scorers with a 33-point haul. Former Tower Barry Bowman led the Tigers' scoring with 24.

KINDER LONDON TOWERS 101 BIRMINGHAM BULLETS 87

Kinder London Towers won the battle of the BBL sides as they kicked off their NEBL Open Campaign with a 101-87 victory over Birmingham on Tuesday, February 5.

Bullets dominated the first half but their 13-point first quarter lead was just seven at the break.

Brett Eppehimer had 17 third-quarter points as Towers roared back but the game was far from safe with 2:30 left and the Towers only 89-85 ahead.

But the home side finished strongly to bag 12 of the last 14 points to seal it.
