SALE High School hosted its annual presentation evening and welcomed back this summer’s graduates.
The hall was full to bursting with students, parents, governors and invited guests all eager to congratulate the young achievers.
Among the worthy recipients was Ahmad Alachkar who was awarded The John E Taylor Prize for Outstanding Achievement.
Ahmad was only 15 when he sat his GCSEs and was awarded eight A* and three A grades.
Sale High wished him and his fellow students the best of luck for the future.
