STUDENTS from Sale High School experienced the thrill of space travel - while keeping their feet firmly on the ground.
As part of the school’s regular inter-house challenges, pupils had to build and launch their own rocket using a plastic bottle.
They were amazing results with some rockets reaching a height of 20 metres.
These challenges are organised to encourage competition among the various houses at SHS.
