Car vandalised in Stretford

COROSIVE liquid, thought to be paint stripper, was thrown over a car in Stretford between the hours of 11pm on October 12 and 8.30am on October 13.
The substance was poured onto the roof, bonnet and boot of a black Vauxhall Astra that was parked on Melville Road on Friday night.
The car was badly damaged as a result.
Police inquiries into the vandalism, including the use of CCTV, are ongoing.
