Car stolen and deliberately set on fire in Sale Moor

POLICE are investigating after a car was stolen and set on fire.
The red Ford Fiesta was stolen from outside an address on Norris Road, Sale Moor, between 10pm on October 5 and 5am on October 6.
The car was found abandoned and on fire at around 4.35am on October 6 on Neston Avenue, just off Alderley Road, Sale Moor.
A crew from Sale Fire Station put out the blaze with a hose reel and wore breathing apparatus.
Inquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
