Eden Square makes way for VitalSpace

ESTATE agency VitalSpace has taken premises in phase two of the Eden Square development in Urmston town centre.
VitalSpace will be moving the short distance from its premises on Flixton Road to its new home in Unit 5C of Eden Square.
The new office is expected to open in November and will see the estate agent, which also has premises on Worsley Street in Manchester city centre, substantially increase its office space while retaining a prominent position in the town.
The expansion has also created two new roles at the agency, with VitalSpace now looking to recruit two new members of staff to its five-strong team - an administrator and sales negotiator.
Construction began on phase two of the multi-million pound shopping centre development in January this year and it is now almost fully let. The scheme is a partnership between Trafford Council and Ask Developments.
Michael Hyman, executive councillor at Trafford Council, said: “There is a real buzz about the development of Urmston town centre, which is giving residents better opportunities than ever before to shop and access local businesses on their doorstep. VitalSpace will be another welcome addition to Eden Square, and is set to reap the benefits from being located in the heart of the town.”

What we want is retail shops that we can shop in every week in Eden Square not once in a lifetime shops. We have more estate agents, Solicitors, Banks and building societies than we have retail shops. Urmston Partnership really need to take a hold of this situation.
