Street collection raises £500 for cancer research

A STREET collection in Altrincham has raised almost £500 for Cancer Research UK.
Volunteers from the Sale branch of the charity gathered last Saturday to try and raise as much cash as possible for the cause.
Members of the committee want to thank those who donated and urge anyone wanting to be involved in future fund raising events to contact them.
