COMEDIAN Griff Rhys Jones met members of the Jabberwocks - junior members of Hale Civic Society - at the first spring network meeting of Civic Voice, the national organisation for civic societies.

Griff, the president of Civic Voice, was interested to hear of the variety of things that the Jabberwocks took part in within the community.
