SALE's four-time junior world champion Dakota Ditcheva will face Scotland’s Amy Pirnie at Yokkao 20 in a huge Muay Thai event at Bolton’s Macron Stadium.

Taking place on October 8 in a spectacular showcase of international Muay Thai talent, the hotly anticipated fight will see Ditcheva compete in front of her home crowd.

At just 18 years of age, Ditcheva is a force to be reckoned with. Named Trinity Mirror Young Sportsperson of the Year 2015, she also recently won gold at the Muay Thai World Championships in Sweden for the fourth consecutive year.

The Tanko Management teen has appeared unstoppable, even claiming a win in her last bout despite a broken hand.

Attempting to secure her tenth consecutive professional win, Ditcheva will take on Amy Pirnie, who brings strength and a wealth of experience to the ring.

In preparation for the fight, Ditcheva will be heading to the sport’s native home of Thailand, which will see the young athlete put through her paces for three weeks of intense physical and mental training.

TankoManagment.co.uk athlete Ditcheva said: “I’ve had a great year so far and hope this next fight will take my professional record into double figures.

"However, I know it won’t be easy. Amy is strong and physical and will be a tough opponent, but I’ve overcome my injury and I’m back to peak physical fitness – I feel ready to take on anything.”
