AN Altrincham wellness centre is pulling out all the stops to raise funds for a cause close to their heart.

Ladyzone, in Goose Green, is to embark on a week-long fundraising drive for Cancer Research, starting Monday July 25.

To get people involved, the ladies only gym will be offering the following exercise classes for free on Monday; HIIT-ZONE at 7.45am, Tone-Zone at 10am; Abs and Booty at 1pm; HIIT-ZONE at 5.30pm and Zumba at 6.15pm.

On Thursday, the following treatments will be free; LoveLipo Inch Loss Tasters; Dermaquest Mini Facials; IPL Hair Removal; IPLSkin Specialist Treatments.

There will also be raffles, games, gym-based challenges, and five percent of all treatments purchased next week will be donated to the prominent cancer charity.

Staff and members will be donning their PJs as the bumper week coincides with PJs 4 Cancer Week.

Steph Leese, general manager at Ladyzone, said: “All of our staff and some of the members are going to be dressed in PJs or onesies all week, it's a great opportunity for everyone to get involved as it doesn't require a specific level of fitness, for example, a 5km walk or run may be more than what people are able to do.

“This way we are trying to get as many of our members involved in the fundraising as possible. We are looking forward to having a fun week and raising lots of money for a great cause.”
