URMSTON’S mystery yarn bomber has struck again, this time with a festive twist.

The town centre had its first taste of the new knitting craze, which is best described as urban graffiti, in October, when Halloween themed knits were left on the railings on Railway Road.

This time the unknown yarn bomber left a collection of festive creations at the junction of Crofts Bank Road & Flixton Road.

At Halloween no clue was left as to the identity of the yarn bomber, but this time a message was left attached to one of the items which read: “Happy Christmas - Yarn Bomber Command”.
